Psychological Therapy

If you are struggling with life in general or suffering with anxiety, depression or stress, I provide one on one therapy. I primarily with with ACT, CBT and can also provide other therapies based on your need.

I do provide Workcover sessions for all manner of work related issues. When booking your appointment, please advise reception of your Claim Number so that we can cater treatment to your needs and bill accordingly.

Do I need a referral to see a Psychologist in Mudgeeraba?

No, you do not need a referral to see a Psychologist in Australia, as we fall under Allied Health. If you would like rebates from Medicare, to lower costs, you can see your GP prior to your appointment to organise a mental health care plan.

Do you do telehealth sessions?

If you live in Mudgeeraba, or further afield and are unable to attend a session, I am able to book appointments via telehealth (video or phone). If you would prefer, we can alternate between in person and telehealth appointments depending on your needs.
